Reputation management system

Hey,

Im looking for an application that I can send my customer to rate there experience. If they rate us highly I would like to direct them to yelp etc, if they rate negativly to just write a complaint directly to us.

I know there are quite a few services, does anyone have recommendations on specific ones? c

Haven't personally used either but I'm sure i've read about them on here numerous times.

These are typically called "review funnels". I don't use them and don't have a recommendation, but that search term might help.

There are a lot of review funnels that are out there, Google it and you'll see. I can guide you in the right direction if you need but PM me.
