Reputation Management on YouTube

I'm trying to move down a negative video for a keyword search on YouTube. Anyone with experience with either optimizing YouTube videos for ranking higher in YouTube, or moving a negative video down?

Don't need any help with Google results, only YouTube results.

Just take your links back and add some low quality links, also you can delete your description and keywords.

To move down a video, just give dislikes from mass youtube accounts, this will reduce the video rating. so the video automatically drop in rankings.

Thanks for the tips. I didn't think simply disliking a video would actually move it down. Can you buy dislikes just like you buy likes?

DO NOT DO THIS

youtube see a like the same as a dislike

likes move stuff up, dislikes also do.

I've tried this

Please do it for yourself but in terms of social metrics dislike is just as effective as likes to ranking

Yes I believe it works as someone is engaging with the video either likes or dislike will both take it up in rankings because it could be a contriversal video about a contriversal subject. It would still rank well. Just my two cents.

Have you logged out of your google account and refreshed/deleted your cache and done the same search in google.

Also try it in the other two browsers you don't use as much or use at all e.g if you use Chrome only
Then try it in Firefox and Safari and vice versa.

Also click on the video tabs in Google and see if the video comes up there.

These are all just precautions to analyse the problem and hence determine the solution.

With regards the dislike and like the two guys saying don't do it above are spot on likes and dislikes are like talk show with good drama (Jerry comes to mind) ratings go through the roof when there's drama same applies at least so far in my experience.

What about try searching some flagging services on Fiverr and flag the shit out of that video.
