Anyone who can give you a plan without know what the negative is, where it is and your keyword is going to have a tough time completing the job. Each campaign in ORM is vastly different. There are things that can be done in every campaign, but based on what you already have existing, I always tailor the approach to get the quickest results.

And beware anyone who says that they can push the links to page 3 or 4 or below permanently. Nothing in ORM is permanent.
