Reputation Management Help Needed

Hello all,

I have a Google business page that i don't have access to and a FB page i dont have access to. Both of these pages need to be edited and have bad reviews. The reviews are fine, i can handle taking care of that. But i need the login information for these accounts.

Im not sure who has them, but it could very well be in the hands of ex employees. I have tried going through FB support but that is useless, they do not help at all.

Anyone have experience with this?

You can call google business and try to figure out access over the phone.

For FB - contact support, it may take a while, but you should get access back.

For other places you can use Yext to update info.

any idea what the phone number is for google business support? I've been struggling to find it
