Reputable Content Locker?

I want to make a content locker and the only one I am familiar with as being reputable is CPAGrip. Unfortunately none of their offers on the locker actually work. Can I get some suggestions from people that are currently using lockers?

EDIT: Apparently it was their anti-fraud thing blocking my IP.
