Only one way to find out - try ripping a Xiaohongshu clip, clean all the metadata, filename and then run it yourself. From my experience, many Asian countries don't have as stringent of an attitude toward copyright or impersonation as we do in the Western world, but I could be completely wrong about all of this. If you end up doing this, please share the results.

You should look into repurposing the content to make it original. Clearing the meta data, and using a hash changer can help with that.
