Representative for US based SW company.

We are a small software development team and we are focusing on the US market now.We recently extended our US business by partnering with US individuals. They help us secure US projects and jobs from clients under their names while our developers work on and deliver the projects to the clients. Our developers communicate with the clients during interviews and meetings using our partners' names, as our US partners are not technical.However, we are facing some challenges. Clients prefer to work with US developers, but our developers mainly come from Europe and Asia, and their English needs improvement to secure more jobs. (Now our main problem is communication, so there were not enough results in getting new jobs even though we are wonderful with technologies.) To ensure more stable project management and secure additional projects, we are working with technical managers who can meet with clients under our US partners' names and properly manage projects.(Are you comfortable impersonating another developer?)You need to have different interviews (First, Kick off, Onboarding, Daily meeting, etc) with the clients under our developer's name - this means you need to represent our developers (an individual not a team) in the interviews.So we'll arrange interviews / meetings with the clients when you are available.We will provide a well organized documentation before 30 - 60 mins of a meeting.For example a meeting link, job description, developer information, etc.We currently have 2 technical managers who cannot cover all meetings. So we are seeking one or two additional technical managers. They manage multiple ongoing projects and currently don't have time to manage interviews with new clients. So you have to deal with new interviews, acquire new clients / projects, and deal with the ongoing meetings that follow. We want a long-term relationship with you because we are looking for long-term full-time jobs.Payment: (CEO will explain the payment in detail.)We will work hourly at first, but it will be salary based after some weeks. If you do well, you will get paid a highly competitive salary.
