Would I get banned or Shadowbanned if I download videos from Instagram in my niche and repost them on tiktok?

As far as I know, there is no risk of getting banned. I've seen a lot of people posting their instagram videos on Tiktok as well, and they're doing just fine. They usually grow their accounts in a short time and gain more followers.

In your niche or your Instagram ?
If it's in your Instagram, it will useful for promoting your products.
If not it can result in your Instagram account being banned or shadowbanned.

If it’s your own video it’s not a problem but if you repost from someone else and the video got already reposted on TikTok, TikTok can shadow an you due to duplicate content

They might have technology to detect such videos so it is not recomended.

If it's a popular Instagram profile, make sure the video wasn't already reposted or you will be shadow banned.

To be fair, I downloaded a video from Instagram and reposted the content on my TikTok profile, with the result that the platform restricted the visibility of my post. I cannot understand why TikTok should apply the shadow-ban to me if I repost a reel downloaded from Instagram. Moreover, the video has no watermark. Therefore, I do not understand the reason for this restrictive action by the social network.
