Repost good content on a second website or redirect from current

I have two websites in the same niche. One high value, other low value. The low value website has a piece of content which rank well. I want this content to work for the high value website. What's the best way to go on about it? Move the content to the other website? Link to the HV website from the content? do a redirect? Something else?
