What is the best way to report a spammer promoting scams on youtube? I tried flagging but that didn't do much. Because most people watching his videos are not logged in, they do not get flagged much.

You can't do anything other than flagging his video as SCAM. And for YT to take down the video it require lot more people reporting the video.

How do you know hes a scammer, and what did he do to you for you to report him ?
