There's an account that's been harassing me with death threats for months, Twitter's done jack all about it, and Naizop's reporting service was no help. Is there anything else I can do?

Maybe call the police? If they're death threats, I think they should take care of the case.
 
That’s awful, you should document everything and reach out directly to local authorities if it keeps escalating.

Twitter and other platforms are often slow-moving, so you should prioritize your own safety. Blocking and muting are necessary, but unfortunately, they're not enough. You know what I mean.
 
That’s rough. Besides blocking, document everything and consider reporting to local authorities if threats continue. Online safety tools and support groups might also help you cope.
 
Make sure to save screenshots and any messages as evidence, and limit your online exposure for now. Consulting a lawyer familiar with cyber harassment can give you options that go beyond standard platform reporting.
