Does anyone know how reporting works? I have encountered some bot accounts with spam links. I reported them with ‘Identity Theft’ and ‘suspicious links’ but not all of them got removed…

You can grow a fresh ıg account with ads, but it only works if your content is solid and your targeting is tight. Ads amplify they dont fix weak content.

Platforms often prioritize high risk cases, so some spam accounts might remain active even after you report them.

Reporting helps, but removal isnt always immediate.
Systems often review reports in batches and accounts that look borderline may stay active longer.
Patience and consistent reporting of spam behavior usually get results over time.

Report the post with the spam. When they review the profile, they will see the accounts and all can get checked that time.

Reporting can be hit or miss sometimes. Instagram reviews each case manually, so not every account gets removed right away, but keeping reporting consistently helps flag the worst offenders faster.

Reports don’t remove everything. Meta filters them by severity and pattern, so some bot accounts get ignored unless multiple users report or the system detects clear abuse. Keep reporting, but removal isn’t guaranteed.
