Reporting Bots on Instagram?

Are there bots that can make 1000s of accounts report abuse on another account?
Basically this whiny girl on instagram is crying about her followers going down and is threatening to use a bot to report abuse on everyone who unfollows her until their accounts are banned.
Problem is, her pictures suck and I don't want to keep following her on my personal account.
Basically what I want to know is:

Can she actually do this?
If I unfollow this whiny girl, do I risk losing my account?
Can I bot report her before she does it to me, that way instagram would be ridden of her childish threats.

if are multiple cases of reports against a user account, only then it triggers a alarm.

If only 1 account reports you, it hardly matters.

Tell her if she reports you, you will ask hundreds of your friends to report your profile and you can get her profile banned very quickly.
