Hello friends,

Recently my website was reported dmca. Competitors copy the content of many websites are top then register dmca and report the website is in the top.

As a result, the websites are topped off.

Is there any solution to appeal? What effective solution to handle this problem?

May all help

Move your website to an offshore host that ignoes DMCA requests. There are many in the hosting section.

Use a hosting provider which does not care about DMCA.

Pretty simple, don't use other people content. Even if you use offshore hosting that ignores DMCA google will delist your website(s) if they have sent DMCA to google. There is an appeal process but it's not worth the time and effort and you need to have original content which is not the case. So forget about that. Since DMCA affects a specific URL (not the whole website) create a new post and rewrite the content to the point that it looks like it is unique and move on.
