Report suggestions

After any suggestions for reporting back links you’ve created for clients.

currently I just use a spreadsheet but want something a little more professional.

also not terribly expensive.

What do you all use ?

My clients want results, I don't really share the details of how it's done just the results - traffic, SERP change, ect.
