Report item page not bloody work

I am gettting sick of trying to report a copyright item someone is selling and cannot contact Ebay because the bloody report item page is always not working

Maybe eBay doesn't want to encourage snitches and rats.

They have removed the option to report for using someone's pictures as well.... I have had someone taking few of my listings and duplicating them by using same pics, description, key words and since I forgot about the "out of stock" option, I had to increase the price and the sales dropped and the other guy got his listing on the rank 1, and I disappeared....

mine seems to be working don't see any issues.
