[Report] insane eBay Affiliate response

Put in both most popular phones right now (iPhone 5S and Galaxy S5) and response was absolutely nuts!

Combined i got over 200 Visitors in the first 3 minutes, and thats just germany. Had to deactivate both, because i couldnt handle the 10 msg/minute coming in

Anyways was a fun field test and i encourage anyone who can build a bot for answering classified messages to try out this method.

Cant tell, i've had clicks but no earnings. Promoted auctions end tommorow though

I can confirm that this works on a large scale, I've had campaigns running for months.

Used to be good when ebay paid per sale, not clicks though.

Anyway, an email autoresponder should help.

Which classified site did you use? Ebay Kleinanzeigen?
I made a test ad myself there yesterday. I also see many inquiries coming in and they are all replied to by my auto responder.

But the thing is, how will this convert? You offered a Samsung S5 for €280. Then you are telling them you already sold this and redirect them to your EPN affiliate link on ebay. But the cheapest BIN there atm is sold for €420, so somebody who wanted to buy for €280 will be still interested and buy it for €140 more? Till now, I see 0 clicks to my EPN affiliate link.

600 inquiries, replied to all of them with autoresponder and epn affiliate link.

ZERO clicks to epn link, classified page account got banned.

so this method does not work for sure. this would only work if you have a link to an ebay auction with the same product for the SAME PRICE.

well, I do not see anybody for whom it worked?!

maybe if you post 2000 ads on 1000 classified sites, then maybe you can make 3 sales *lol*

honestly, out of 600 TARGETED people not even one click .... the thing with this is, you have to post an item for a lower-than-normal price on a classified site, then you tell them you have already sold it and redirect them to your affiliate link. Your affiliate link would have to be an auction with the item sold for same low price. Why? If you sell it for "normal" price on classified site, nobody will contact you because 10,000 other people also sell it for "normal" price.
So if they get a reply from you that you already sold it and they should go to ebay to check out an auction, they are expecting to get it there for same low price. If somebody wanted to buy a phone for $250 then he wanted to pay $250 and not $300 or even $400, so he won't buy from an expensive auction.
But the thing is, there will be no item for such a low price on ebay, because nobody there wants to sell at a loss.

So maybe this works with cpa, if you say "I already sold this phone, but I got it for free from this website, www.youraffiliatelink.com. You only have to do a free survey and have the chance to get the phone for free. It worked for me, so why not give it a try".

But with EPN, I do not see any chance to make a profit.
