Report for scam?

Its been 2 days now and I haven't been able to use the PayPal account that I bought from Jonwatson. I have contacted him multiple times today regarding the issue however, he claims that he is busy but this issue pretty sure is a priority, since he sold something that isn't working! I can't send any money that is received into that PayPal account to any other PayPal account! I also told him that I needed to send a text message to the number he has linked to that PayPal account because PayPal wants me to confirm my identity, and he hasn't help me with that.

Am I allowed to open a scam report for this?

Wait what? Is Jonwatson known for scamming? Or is there a joke behind this? :confused:

Nah but a lot of scammers use the name John/Jack ... etc. just open a shitlist thread about him and hopefully things go the right way :)
 
Ah, right haha! I am hoping this get resolved though as I rather have what I originally tried getting instead of creating a shitlist thread and try to get him banned for his wrong doing.
PS: He has a thread opened showing that he offers service like these and seems to have a good rep, so I hope its just him being lazy.
 
I too have been scammed in a JV but there is no point in reporting. People just get away with it and make new account here.
The person scammed me is a very high member in cpaelites.com, a shitty site where people do not move forward from CPA and Youtube their whole life and cry about being a IM.
 
I guess its just better not to buy anything from anyone aha! Since people can't do what they advertise their going to do, and it's not hard to be a decent human being but some people are just mmm
