Reply Function Limits for Fresh Accounts

I want to run 2000 replies per day with a fresh account. But this account was blocked by Twitter in the first day of replying.

So, there's a limit for fresh accounts to do this kind of action?

If I have a old account, but with no interaction, this account should run the replies properly OR the interactions are the most important factor?
