Hey, an idea I saw here that’s been running in my head. Rep Sneaker site,

if someone can add some information would be great help.

if the site is on offshore host + domain can I use my stripe? Will it get legal issues or just banned?

what if the site required “points” to purchase and stripe is used to purchase points to then purchase the sneakers ? Would this bypass stripe from seeing you selling sneakers etc ?

I think they will find your site , one way or other. Maybe using some other payment gateway? or Crypto payments?

No legit payment gateway will allow replica sneaker site.

Stripe will ban you. Not sure about legal action.

Stripe can ban whoever they want for any reason. Using points doesn't unlock god mode and you'll still be at Stripe's mercy. Stripe manually reviews each website once it hit certain threshold of sales and sometimes even before. So you may start but they will ban you if you're violating their TOS. Even if you have separate website that sells the points for use on the main website, it's a stretch and Stripe probably will not support that type of business, especially from an account without a lot of transaction history.

There are a lot problems with your idea. I wouldn't mess with it. Not for legal reasons but because the time/cost to mitigate Stripe bans and payment processing issues is too high. There are other ways to make money without these issues.

Thanks for your reply, I know some sites have the crypto payments that verify and confirm order rather than “send amount to my wallet” so it looks more professional, do you happen to know one?

I figured, I just assumed the Facebook ads will go a long way since everyone is so crazy about all these hype shoes.. I’m in dire need! Haven’t worked since November with these mandates in damn NY, any ideas please send them my way— also thank you for taking the time to reply with all this information

I think customers may not prefer to buy from a website that way. But , still possible incase your product's prices are really competitive.

hotpay / wester union / Perfect Money / WebMoney / Crypto
Thank you! Do I need to use a extra layer of security for these? Stealth accs? Or do they offer a crypto payout?

I think I’m going to test it this way and see where it goes

If you value your Stripe account, you shouldn't do that. For the test, i suggest you using Stealth accounts.

Do you recommend any vendors for such accounts? Thanks for the info!

Back in the day I remember there were a bunch of replica sites that just stole your money & they accepted credit cards. Was too young back then to figure out how they did it but maybe it's still possible.

Yeah within a few years a lot of companies up’d their security probably was easy back then, I know back in the day scammers would do fraud with stripe payments but I looked into using a crypto processor, as well as a point system that they can deposit/withdraw points but I think I’m gonna have a separate page for that so stripe maybe doesn’t see it correlates with the site and then I’ll have crypto and points as payment options.

you think that’ll work Mr Reddington? Because from my experience, every episode he knew how to get out of any and everything , ( One of my favorite tv characters )

Your best bet would be to learn how to create stealth PayPal accounts. I know for a fact that people have a method to create a brand new PayPal, receive money on it without hold (IDK how they do it), then just send it to their main PayPal and from there just send the money to a trusted middleman through F&F that will send you crypto for about 10% difference. By the time PP catches up to you it will be too late and even if they do just repeat the process :D

Sneaky sneaky if you happen to know any providers for those stealth accs, feel free to slide into my dms!! Thanks once again

Believe it or not, there is a big market for replicas, especially for high-end sneakers and bags.

Despite the legality issue, it can be quite lucrative.

But I believe you nailed it on the head.

You need to get an offshore host and domain name from an offshore registrar.

It's also important to get a payment processor.

It gets sticky because getting hosting and domain name is a fairly straightforward part.

You can find bullet-proof hosting as well as an offshore domain registrar.

That is not an issue.

The issue is how you're going to process the payments.

You might have to look for offshore payment processors that are high-risk.

Sometimes there is a big delay between them processing your payment and getting your cash from the processor.

You might also want to consider crypto.

You do not have to hassle about refunds and returns and it's also more affordable.

But then again, you need the right payment processor for that.
