This is Fraud and a violation of the Tos.

I Bought a designer jacket and want to purchase the genuine at a store and return w replica. Anyone heard of anyone having success with this?

This is why i won't shop at flannels as many reports of buying fake jackets from flannels because of people returning the fakes instead of the original.

Flannels is a designer shop in the UK.

I've fell foul to this before in flannels, gone to purchase an original item and ended up with a fake £650 jacket.

It spoils it for many of us who buy original items.

Besides it being immoral and wrong, you would consider going to jail for a gain of just a couple hundred or thousand dollars?
