I don't think people want another player in the replica game.
Especially if you're new because you'll go below everyones price and fuck us over.

Don't Do it. Cops will beat your door down looking for you. Most sellers have done time at some point.

Replica is fine as long as you state clearly in your auction. E b a y wouldn't allow you list it, but I saw some people type it in a jpg format & list the auction by html format. Not sure you understand what I meant.

agreed, why would anyone give up their niche? I don't think anyone wants more competition. Personally, I tend to avoid the more cliche replicas (watches, beats, bags, etc.) That's all I'm saying though.

Three levels of replicas, white, grey, and black. Black pertains to Black Market.

White is items people replicate in which they don't have the copyright for, but it doesn't matter as there isn't a demand for a legitimate product (think something like Duracell Batteries) and nobody is out actively searching for violators.

Grey is items people are seeking out casually, there isn't a huge demand for these items but they were manufactured by someone that doesn't hold the rights to manufacture or distribute. There may be a search for people who reach a large volume of sales of this illegitimate product, but it's not a big deal. Most people won't even consider these items to be bootlegged, think of things like toys.

Black is selling items in which are known to be bootlegged, eBay has already added to their automated VeRO'ed list, and people are actively buying these items due to increased demand, such as Nike Shoes or Gucci Purses.

    -------------

Noobs head straight into the black market because it seems like its the most profitable market. Theres money to be made, but not by the small fish. You have to have experience and a good way to move the product without issues or hiccups. If you think of buying some fake purses and throwing them up on eBay to make your thousands in profits, you do not belong in the black market. It's all about the grey market and playing it smart. Now you just have to figure out which items are grey.

This is very true, after tons of research ive finally found some good grey products to sell. Black items I would only have dropshipped due to me being paranoid.

The proper question is what items sell with NO problems...

True Religion Hoodies, Juicy Couture Tracksuits, and North denali Fleece

If anyone needs any of these, feel free to PM me.

Why don't you just sell authentics? Sure, there are more start up costs in the beginning, but the profit margin is much higher once you've established credibility. Word of mouth goes pretty far when it comes to cheap, AUTHENTIC products.

Also, I'll have you know, there are some authentic niches where I can get high end cheaper than I can fakes because there were less middle men putting their hands in it.
