I was reading an old post on here about replica clothing and how there is a market for it, even when disclosing that it's not genuine. I'm trying to make a side hustle/extra income and replica clothing is kind of my passion, so I would like to start selling them AS replicas (I'm not trying to go to prison) but let's say I get a North Face x Supreme Parka for $175 (worth $1,000+) can I sell it for $300 - $400 to someone who is AWARE it's not genuine? Will people even buy it from me? I just dont want to buy a whole bunch of replicas if this is a doomed business plan.

Well it all depends on your country
Ex: In my country there is a neighborhood that sells only fake clothes (about 200 stores or more) and they dont have any problem with law

Yeah I'm in the USA, so I'm sure they'll try to arrest me even if I'm not trying to pass them off as genuine lmao

I'm not doing this business, but a friend of mine does he does sell alot of stuff but hes more into tshirts hoodies watches and jewellery. This is in the UK

Thats too risky haha I read an article about “Buying a replica in NY” and that was such a journey otherwise the sellers would get arrested
If I were you I would try something else ;)

Umm, it's illegal in the USA to sell replica goods. Doesn't matter if you disclose that it's replica or not.

Really interested in this business. But I don't know a good source to get cheap replicas
I know people who sell replicas in my town mostly source them out from Turkey. They buy mostly fake nike and adidas sneakers and clothing.

You need to sell it to other country. Don't do that US, it's just inviting trouble. and the profit won't even worht the trouble

I have a friend that does this and he's making so much money. Be careful though. I wouldn't want to risk it especially if you live in a strict country.

Not a good idea. You'll run into big legal trouble.

If you insist on doing it, just dropship, use proxies, stealth paypal accounts etc. Don't handle the goods yourself.
