Hi all, I'm looking to get back into the replica game. Ran it a few years ago and got sued at around 15k/m. Marketing it is easy, I'm just lost on longevity.

How do you go about setting up the front and backend to avoid DMCA and processor takedowns? I get that running cloaked and stealth stripe/paypal accounts buys time, but I assume I'll need many domains and stores as backups.

I guess what I'm asking is, what is the most scalable way of running this?

Shopify? How do you name products on there to remain compliant and avoid takedowns?

If long-term scalability is the goal, building a business around practices like cloaking, domain cycling, or using multiple payment accounts is ill-advised. While these methods might buy you some time in the short run, they do not constitute a sustainable business model.
Instead, you should focus on original branding and products that do not infringe on intellectual property rights, while ensuring your storefront and payment infrastructure fully comply with all relevant regulations. Shopify is an ideal platform for this type of approach.
The most scalable system is one that operates reliably without the need for constant restructuring regarding the platform, payment systems, or intellectual property compliance.

For the long run, your own designs are a much safer route constantly changing stores and payment accounts gets messy fast
