Replacement of Adsense

What is the replacement for AdSense?

I mean networks which pay monthly and allow to withdraw payment with PayPal option and also has a good rate of revenue -

Anybody with any network ?

I don't think there's any network that pays as high as adsense. There are alternatives, however. I used infolinks a decade ago and I was earning 50-60% less than adsense at that time, but still got $50-60 a month for several months until I sold my sites.

Unfortunately, I can't know if infolinks still works because - like I said - I last used them 10 years ago, and I remember few years ago I tried to join them again (with different sites obviously), but if I remember correctly with one site they have told me they'd review it and come back with an answer... which they never did. And the other site they simply ignored (never even bothered to say they'll come back with an answer).

I think infolinks have become very strict with who they accept into their network, but you can still try. If they accept you and are still legit you can make good money with them... if you have good traffic that is (no purchased clicks I mean). Actually, I think I might try to join them again in 2-3 weeks when 2 of my sites will be ready and Adsense will probably reject them

Just play by the rules and stick to Adsense. The payout is higher, not to mention is more reliable
