Replace All links on your website with your amazon affiliate links

if there anyway, through i could automatically replace the links on my website with my amazon affiliate links?
I get the content written on my website and amazon says there is no way to get a certain affiliate code that you add in the end of any amazon product and it will become your affiliate link. so that craetes the problem for me.
I would like the links that my writers are adding in the content to be replaced with my affiliate link as currently i am having to do this myself.
Is there anyway to do this please. Its really important for me.

Not really, as far as I know. Because even if it gets shortened to the amzn.to, that code is generated randomly. Your best bet could be to shorten them via another way (bitly or something) and tell the writers to add that in.

Honestly it's done very correct cause if not you can even abuse that system anyway and it could be used against you with your writers and that way they will put your code, change to your url and get your commissions that way. Do you see that realy ? I hope so.
