Replace a website with unique content and reindex it

I have a website with same meta title and meta description for 6 pages from same website.
after i change them how long it takes to see the difference or to be indexed by google again with the new meta data?
also i need to do something extra to speed up the process?

From what i know it depands from website to website. Last time when i did this it took up 7-10 days.

Make sure you have your website registered on Google Webmaster Tools and have submitted a sitemap. It will speed up the process of re-indexing your pages after the changes.

it takes a week to change that and have a registered login in webmaster tools to index by submitting sitemap.
