I am planning on using Youtube, Dailymotion, Tumblr, Pinterest, and a Facebook fanpage to try and direct traffic to my site. I will be using fiverr to get comments/likes/fans for those pages. Will this hurt my ranking if the views, comments, and fans are fake? What if the views I am getting are from traffic exchange sites like vagex? Will any of this make it harder to rank higher/get indexed?
