Repeating messages on twitter

Just a quick question - how often can you send the same message on twitter??
I send about ~100 messages a day but i only got 100 custom messages which are sent..
they don't include any link, just plain text

the limit is 250/day

I have set a socialoomph account to autoDM

it doesn't work in the last days

caused by an twitter total block -_- because i reached every day the follow limit ?
