As far as I see only the mod with red and green rep buttons is gone, along with display for the number of reps. The function itself may work and in the members list you can still sort the names by reputation.
If you wanna give rep, try to click on the little icon resembling a balance at the right of the post.
Try it to give a rep, then I'll see from the CP if it appears.

I know where its suppose to be but its not showing up on my end, neither is itrader. There is a balance on MY posts, but not on anyone elses, and I don't need to rep myself (cant anyways)

Or just click on it and the link will appear in your browser's search bar, like in the example below:

Now if you insist to give a rep, then type in your search bar a string with the following pattern:

Maybe, I don't have an option to change forum skins any longer. Before BHW was hacked I had different options to choose skins.

Fine. At least I don't see anyone writing annoying sentences in his posts about begging for "Thanks" as it was in the past, when too many begged for reps.
Myself I keep giving thanks and giving reps. Reps still have a meaning for those who check the Members list and sort the list by reputation.
Right now I see Cashsalute on position #23 out of 8061 members, according to the reputation, and that has a meaning for me.

Thats a good point, you should probably make the forum to function
so the thanks count as reps now as far as statistics go or whatever.
I don't think many people are going to know to come this thread and copy paste that link for repping.
