Hi Guys,

Whats you're answer to this: How full proof is your rep management system?

Cheers

Sorry this question makes no sense. What do you mean?

My clients asked me how full proof is you rep management system. For those promoting rep management how do you answer this type of questions. Because i think in their mind, when i hire this chap all my negative comments will be swiped away. So how do you guys respond to this type or similar questions

I think you mean"Fool Proof" right? Ask your potential client if they provide a Quality product or service. Hopefully they say Yes. The goal here is to use the positive customer responses to help promote your clients business. Kind of like the Word-of-Mouth business model. Remember, you are promoting the positive reviews from your clients (or potential clients) current customer base.

I never did ORM yet, but you could just tell them that anyone who says their service is fool proof is lying, because some complaints can still slip through the cracks. But that they will see major improvements (if they have a good product/service) in their OR if they take your service.

Here is what I would say:

Nothing in life is guaranteed. I've worked with many companies like yours and I haven't run into a problem that I couldn't solve. I've been working in ORM since 2008 and have many satisfied clients locally and around the world.

The last thing you want to do is negotiate on price or services.
