Renting facebook page or buying tweets

Does anyone know where can I rent facebook page or buy tweets? ..I just bought a tweet from this guy and it didn't convert very well..he had over 215,000 followers so something doesn't seem right..may be all fakes.

I've just messaged admins of the page on facebook I wanted to inquire with.

Where did you buy the tweet from? They very well could be fakes but with that many followers there should be a lot of real people too. Maybe need to rework the ad you had him use.

seoclerk..I don't know. I worded it "new noods of paris hilton" with link.. lol..come on now..errybody would click on it
