- I have a Facebook ads account (my personal account) that I used to promote my ecommerce site (not working on it now).
- Rate is 10%

I am just curious how this FB account renting works. Since there are two obvious downfalls.
1) Lets say 'tenant' guy puts up a white hat campaign that makes $1k per day. Than 'landlord' guy, rips "tenant's" campaign ads & demographics and refuses any contact with "tenant".
2) Or, "tenant" dude runs black that campaign and screws up "landlord's" account, which gets banned.
