thats a very bad idea but havea good luck with it.
with your $200 simply go buy tons of craps worth $1 each
the feedback of a buyer will do for start since most of the users dont recongnize the difference between buyer/seller feedback
so it will look legit and will also help you to increase your seller limits so you would be able to list more of what you want to sell
and by that you will get legit ebay account. I know its frustraiting but thats the best way to play ebay

Seems like renting an account could be risky business, never know what is being sold or the person borrowing the account will hi-jack the account.
