Saw that in another more on that kind of topics focused forum. Seems a bit shady, and might cause a lot of trouble, looks like a legit way for people to hide behind something (You always take the bad cards on such Situations remember that)- If the company is taken after you by another person doing shit, you are also on the radar. keep that in mind

Under that clause, even using their service to sell Call of Duty video games would fall under it
