Hi
I need to rent a computer in France to connect to it remotely with teamviewer or other and post ads on different sites, with non-fixed ip if possible

Do you know where I can find this?

Buy a dedicated server (or virtual server because it's cheaper), with an IP address from France. Install windows on it and you are done.
After a month you can buy another server to have a different IP address.

Check the https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/hosting.196/ section in BHW Marketplace. There are sellers of VPS (Windows) with France location (IP). If after a month you need a different France IP, you can pay the provider (seller) of the VPS their charge for changing the IP of the VPS.
You can also buy any country's VPS and https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/ that has France IPs.

You can try Hetzner. Not sure if they have data centers in France. Once you have a VPS, you can use a rotating proxy service, so you don't post from the VPS's IP.

Since you are French and I too you can try https://shadow.tech/fr/ . I'm using it because my actual computer is totally outdated and i'm lazy to buy a new one . It's OVH who own the service

hetzner has no server for fr, you can vultr

You find VPS/RDP sellers BHW hosting section. You can talk to them and hopefully the problem will be solved well
