Renaming a video can affect rank?

Hey guys, for example: i have a video of a program/game/etc. with some views.
The video is named "Blablabla version 1.0" and have his description and his keywords.
If i rename the video "Blablabla version 2.0" and his description (and keywords), does it affect rank and the search engine?

Is it better to do a new video and rank it again, or it's better re-editing a video with already some views?

YT can pick up on dup vidz, so if you want to outrank or rank at all better to add to it, revise it, reformat it some way shape or form,
to steal the KWs and add something to end of it could work but you would need to rewrite it somewhat and add to it or you might just be put on backseat #2 to that vid.
have to be unique or these algos will pick up on what your doing which is simply duplicate content. have to be different or goog/YT will just see it as another dup...hope this helps a bit

Your ranking will fall because in that video the content will be about version 1.0 and thus; that will become misleading title according to YouTube. YouTube has separate scripts of the content of every video. So, it know which video contains what. Better; make a new video about version 2 and redirect version 1 viewers to that new video via annotation!
