I also have a second wordpress install indexed on main site

I look up google url remover but it looks like that's just 90day delete?

    1. For the pages on main site I want reindex and is indexed with a themes default content, should i edit the meta etc, and then delete and 301 redirect or what

    2. How do i permananetly removed them or is it possible?

Google's Webmaster Tools absolutely can remove a page completely from the index and also you need to add into robots.text file so again google wont crawler it anymore(u need do better both.)
