Removing unfair competitor listing from Google Maps - Suggestion Needed

Hey BHW! Your help needed here.

So I started to work for a company that provides sap business one software services (it's an auditory software)

I found out that other company like us has used it's name + this very important keyword to list themselves on google maps

whenever you search for sap business one their listing is showing up

Is there any way I can tell google to remove their listing?

P.s. If I could change the listing to my company that would be even better

You can't remove them listing but you can add your listing with your company name.

Google won't remove them or decrease their rankings just because they use a keyword in their name, all you can do is outrank them.

okay I will try to add the same keyword to my listing. any hints how can I outrank them so google shows my listing instead of theirs? (any special link building tips for google maps maybe?)
