Can you suggest what is the best way to remove spammy backlinks and indexed links from an expired domain without affecting its DA or PA?

You can use google web master tools to remove spam links, you can deny thier affects, and wont affects PA/DA I guess

Use ahrefs + export, then sort by OBL
