In this tutorial I will show you how to remove spam forums from your link lists. Spam forums are the forums that have been neglected by there owners and have masses of "Buy viagra", "Free xxx", "Porn videos" and all that sort of crap. If you are promoting a product, or building an email list you want to avoid these forums as they never get read by humans, and it will just add time to your posting.
Step One
Launch xRumer. From the tools menu click "Links Database Analysis". I've included a screenshot below for clarity.

The "Links Database Analysis" dialog box should pop up. I'll explain the components of this dialog box so you know what you are doing.
Source: This is the link list you want to filter. The one that was created from Hrefer.
Dest: This is the .txt/link list file that is created when the filtering is complete.
Temp: This is the file that is used whilst the "Links Database Analysis" tool has finished.
Search For: These are the words you want to scan for. Words like free, xxx, sex etc. These scan for posts that have junk in them.
Search For Content: This searches the content for the words in Search For, the HTML content, of each post.
Search For Hostnames: This searches the hostname for the words in Search For. i.e site.com/free-xxx-porn or free-xxx.com
Search For Replies: This searches for replies on the forum that contain the words in Search For.
Check Only Header In Content: This will check the header only. It won't load the HTML from the page, only the header.
Use Proxy From xproxy.txt: Loads proxys from xproxy.txt
Sort By Popularity: Please Update. Not sure what this means.
Threads: How many processes do you want to run at once? Select 100 would browse 100 forums in one go.
Next, set it up similar to mine. What will happen now is it will scan the sites, and the forums containing those words will be removed. The sites that don't will be placed in the destination file.
