Removing Negative Reviews on Yahoo Answers

I run a business in Melbourne , Australia

A couple of quite vicious reviews of my company have been put up on yahoo answers, incorrect information , quite abusive and hysterical

One if from the "partner" of an actual customer , so not even a customer

Another I believe is from a former friend , who seems to be on some kind of vendetta for reasons I just do not understand. Sad to see someone behave like this

Is their anyway of getting these reviews removed managing this , quite strong language etc , getting google to delist this in their search engine etc

Also really the last thing I want to do is engage lawyers , but is it possible to track down the IP address of what I think is this former friend. Thinking you could really only get this info with court orders etc , I don't want to go down the legal/defamation path with this guy but I need to keep options open

Any ideas for contacting yahoo to actually get this content taken down ??

I replied to your other thread which was similar and the answer is similar. If these guys have a vendetta, they'll post more negatives and paying to remove them one by one is going to be very costly. Suppression helps clean and maintain the first page and can insulate you against further attacks.
