Removing Negative Feedback

Hello,

I made a purchase from Backhatter. They didn't deliver the entire order, and finally issued a refund after I left negative feedback.

However, they left incorrect feedback on my profile here at BHW. I paid, and did my job. I didn't scam anyone.

I have proof and screenshots of private messages proving this.

How can I get the negative feedback removed? Thanks!

Either. but if you are going to PM, only PM 1 of them mate & keep in mind different time zones where they live etc too, so you may not get an instant reply.
