Is there a way to remove links someone else created?

I had someone use my email address to spam a bunch of sites with Scrapebox and I'm hoping to get them removed somehow.

    Thanks for the help. :)

One alternative which always looked crazy for me was to contact the owners of the websites. I saw people doing this but it will take a lot of time and the solving rate will be extremely low especially for scrapebox BL.

If all else fails use the google disavow tool, but use it as a last resort.

Google has Disavow for that purpose, precisely. However, you should know that you are effectively reporting yourself, and you can expect to see drastic rank changes happen once you go that route! If the links aren't totally spam, just let them be - change your link diversity on links you build yourself, and things should be fine. My 2 cents.

there are some links that can be removed and there are some that can't

it depends on where your links are placed

you can disavow them....no need to contact each webmaster for each link. and things would look up.
