Removing links from Google third party ?

hello friends, a few content about me has been added, I contacted the site administrators, but they did not want to remove it.

I talked to reputation management experts, but the budget exceeds me. I found it from Google link removal request but did not remove it.

How can I remove links without negative SEO.

Only thing you can do is disavow and try to build higher quality links than the spammers.

No i dont think there is anyway for you to do that. Otherwise there would be total chaos out there.
