what's a working method or service to get rid of all the fake followers i've purchased over the years?

There is no such method to sort out the fake followers the only way you can recognize them is by going to their profile. There is another way to sort out. All other accounts whom you don't know can be fake followers.

You must go profile by profile looking which is bot or not

you can use some software to just unfollow them all

There is no specific service for this i guess you need to do a lot of calculations to find out potential fake followers and then block them slowly day by day.

There is currently no such option available. You must unfollow them from their individual profile.

I guess I need a way to generate a list of only users who've interacted with my last 150 posts and then use a bot to automate blocking the inactive users

You could get that list generated by peeps on Fiverr, there are many sellers offering this service over there.

anyways, I went on fiver and paid someone $45, they removed 20k fake followers of my 30k followers. They are now also unfollowing 4000 accounts that don't follow me back. so fiver is nice.

find something that evaluates profile quality by profile photo, last posted then remove them 1 by 1, if you do MASS it will be a pain for your account.
