Removing an SEC Judgement

My family friend has an SEC settlement posted about him and it appears on the top 2-3 results. He actually settled with them instead of fighting the charge as it was cheaper at the time for him than to hire corporate lawyers to fight the charges.

I've tried almost everything and can't seem to get rid of it. It's been about a year now as well. We even went as far as buying media placement in Forbes + Huffington Post + Examiner + more and they aren't ranking above the judgement.

Any advice?

Hey Ben, I'll send you a PM. I've suppressed a couple of SEC judgements. The basic strategy was high quality content with effective link building. I consider effective link building something that I have double verified in my own personal testing and seen conclusive results in multiple different settings.
