Guys I have a noob question.

My blog was linked into someone Else's blog couple of times (through article posts). Then eventually that blog owner decided to remove the links out of his posts, though the articles still exists. Couple of months later, I checked Ahref and Google Webmaster Tools and those removed backlinks still shows up on the results.

Now my question is, is it okay to leave them alone, or do I have to do something like disavow it?

Thanks guys!

You don't say if your rankings have suffered as a result of those links? Just a few links inside of a couple of articles are unlikely to hurt you too much.

I still have links in my GWT that were removed in Oct-13 so I wouldn't worry!

Alright that's good to know. I thought I should do something about it. Thanks!

No need to worry about those links. The links in your Google Webmaster account will eventually update by itself in time. Perhaps the one you are seeing is not yet updated but like what Cloud Income also said, you do not need to worry about these links if they don't affect your rankings. :)

You don't need to worry about those removed links even if it showed up in backlink count and that won't hurt you much in ranking. Keep posting quality contents in your blog and keep building quality backlinks by posting unique contents to sites/blog related to your niche.

If you have any prob's with that links then just disavow the links. Other wise it would be fine. No need to worry about that.
And we can't say the exact time when it will be removed from the database. Its show the links until Google revisit your site and confirm that the links are exist or not.

It is going to take a little bit of time for webmaster tools and backlink checkers to update and refresh. If you are really concerned, you can disavow the links, but it sounds like since they were removed you don't have too much to worry about.

Nothing will happen by this link.. If you are still worrying about it u can disavow.. It will take time to get updated data of removed link..

No action is required on your part.

You just need to wait till Webmaster Tools and other backlink tools update their databases and exclude these links from there.:)
