I would like to know how to permanently remove a suggested search from the google search box (not a search suggested only to me, but to anyone in my geographical area).

There is no way to remove it. This is decided by the big G.

How to disable search suggestions on Google Chrome:
  1. Click on the three dots on the top right corner of your chrome browser.
  2. Click on "Settings" in the dropdown.
  3. Select and click on "Sync and Google Services"
  4. Scroll down and turn the toggle off for the "Autocomplete searches and URLs" option.

You can't remove them, it show you the most searched terms statistically

Click on "Report inappropriate predictions", bottom right. Select the suggest and reason (if any). Good luck!

First of all, thank you for your answers

As for sending the complaint to google about inappropriate predictions, I did it (even from different points of view) and I did not get a favorable response.

That's why I wanted to know this possibility more "root".

There's no other way, unless you screw a Google employee.

its based on search metrics and click through, you can jimmy it be spamming lots of alternative searches, harder to do now, the UK newspapers used to do this to make stories around the horrible things google suggests, which were blatantly made by the newspaper manipulating the suggested searches by mass searching for that term till it turns up.

I can't believe people are suggesting it can't be done. You can get anything removed that violates your privacy or copyright.
You can't get "anything" removed. You can only get stuff removed that violates your privacy or your copyright. Nothing more, nothing less. Removing info also requires proving that a serp is violating your copyright or your privacy.

OP would as well be trying to remove their competitor from SERPs, shit like that ain't possible.

I understand what you mean, but I would like mine to be an "attack action", unfortunately it is defensive. Hence my repeated submissions to google.

It's hopeless not being able to do anything!

What exactly are you trying to remove? If you actually own the copyright (like your competitor is stealing your content verbatim) filing a DMCA takedown is a better option.

If it's something else, like your nudes, file a request here

it's only possible with manipulating CTRs/searches in bulk.

I can do that (removing and create google autocomplete) - feel free to contact me
