As we are here to help each other and inform and update with any new or even old but forgotten methods and information.
I am going to share with you my method which I tested on my accounts which they were shadow banned and under exposed (my photos won't show in the search of the hashtag even the small ones, my comments were disappearing, engagement was very low, my photos keeps disappearing from recent photos section on my followers etc . . . )
I use a tool on my phone: InstaFollow (I am not promoting it or have an commotion of you downloading or use it)

I really forgot how much it cost, like 10 to 20 $ to unlock everything I got them all because I really like to keep all insight of my Accounts.
Alright we went a bit away from the main topic
Let's continue, with this app as you saw you can get more info about your account. I am gonna talk about couple of them only which will help us remove the shadow ban
After downloading and logging in with your account(s) go to media insight and look for less popular media, send those photos to HELL Yes sir DELETE them. you don't want that to drop the worth of your account.
Next step is go to ghost users and check who never gave you love or comment. DO NOT BLOCK them because who wants to lose followers right? so write those names in notepad (might be couple of thousands) I know but if you found a better way to take all the list at once, please do share the trick. anyway put those names in MP follow-liker or blablabla whatever bot you use in the option where you like their latest post, because they simply might have forgotten you even exist in their list or because of the shadow ban forbid your photos even from appearing on their latest posts wall. in this trick you like their photo or two it's totally up to you even like 5 or 10 just watch our for the daily limit of your accounts for likes. and you remind them of your account, mostly 30% to 60% will like a photo of yours, in this case they aren't ghosts anymore
As also a famous trick is that you remove hashtags from the first comment of the pictures you've posted, don't complain and tell me you posted 5454989 photos and how can you remove them all now, Start by at least first 20 pictures and gradually add more everyday till you are done with all, YES your cute little thumb will hurt but your account will get refreshed with this. and remember next time you post I suggest to do it in caption after your photo description or whatever you call it follow it by * 5 dots each in new line so it won't look spammy, in the feed it won't show your hashtags unless someone click on "more..." and please DO mix, blend and grind your hashtags, don't just go on all your photos with same hashtags, same order and same number of hashtags, because when you do same same no different hashtags (AUTO THUMB) is detected and you will be smoked by holly members of IG
Last one go do some likes for your followers. YES you need to look human too you follow means you are interested, but you follow and never like any of their photos?
I hope this would help you guys solve the problem of shadow ban and low engagement
PS: It refresh the account and expose you more but (don't expect engagement to jump at the first day or it jump from 0.01% to 50% in one day)
